We will meet at the Muskrat Beach Area 3 Parking lot.
Travel on Marina Rd. from the park entrance to Muskrat Beach Road (the road sign will say Buck Road, but your GPS will say Muskrat Rd).
The parking lot for Area 3 is at the very end of Beaver Road (Buck Road on signage, Beaver Rd on GPS). Go straight through both stop signs.
Prince Gallitzin State Park: Maps and Destination Information
Experience the natural splendor of Prince Gallitzin State Park, where the forested hills of the Allegheny Plateau cradle the expansive 1,635-acre Glendale Lake. With 26 miles of scenic shoreline, the park offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore over 33 miles of hiking trails that meander through diverse habitats, providing opportunities for wildlife observation and immersion in nature.
Park Educator Suzann Rensel will help to lead the outings along with Centred Outdoors guides. Located mid-way on Haddie Buck Peninsula, Turkey Ridge Trail circles through a deciduous forest with gradual slopes, while crossing small feeder streams. This trail highlights natural and recreational features of Prince Gallitzin State Park. Turkey Ridge crosses additional trails for participants to return and explore further.
