About the event

The 2025 End-of-Season Surveys are now open! Please take 5-10 minutes to let us know your thoughts about outdoor recreation and Centred Outdoors programs. The surveys are anonymous and every question is optional. Your feedback will help us plan future seasons and improve elements of our programs.

I have participated in Centred Outdoors programs this season: Take the Participant Survey

I have not participated in Centred Outdoors programs this season, but would like to provide feedback: Take the Non-participant Survey

Even if you haven't participated in a Centred Outdoors program, we strive to provide valuable, accurate information about local recreation destinations so you can explore on your own. The seasonal Passport, Adventure Guide emails, and online Destinations are free resources that anyone can access. New destinations are added each season, and you can always contact us with questions about outdoor places to visit in central PA.

Find Out What's Next From Centred Outdoors

Kick off your new year by spending time outdoors! The Centred Outdoors Scavenger Hunt will return as part of this year's First Night activities in Downtown State College. Winter Walks, Wellness Activities, Jr. Naturalist Play Days and more will begin in early January. A full schedule of our Winter 2026 Programs will be available by early December.

Make sure you are following us on Facebook and Instagram, subscribe to our Adventure Guide, and bookmark our website! We would love to help you connect with local friends and events in the community. Hold on to your Season 9 Passport - or download it from our website - and use it to choose places to explore all year long. Centred Outdoors looks forward to providing even more year-round programming, beginning in January!
