Encounter a variety of forest ecosystems, including stands of Eastern hemlock and Eastern white pine, which are characteristic of the area's natural heritage. 

Lonberger Path is most easily accessed from the Galbraith Gap Parking Area, and a short hike along the Galbraith Gap trail to Lonberger. There is also a small pull-off for 2-3 vehicles where Lonberger Path begins on Laurel Run Rd.
