About the event
Winter Wellness: Movement and Mindfulness
Led by: Stephanie Koller, The Weather Vein
Registration is required. Registration opens 7 days before the event.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so the program can begin promptly.
This event inspires wellness through integrating movement, the arts and nature. Combining a physical practice with hands-on creativity enables participants to de-stress while also having fun in a safe environment. No artistic or exercise experience necessary - come as you are in comfortable clothing you can move, stretch and dance in! There will be yoga mats and blankets available to borrow for this event, but feel free to bring your own if you have one!
How To Prepare:
Dress warmly and for the weather: layers, sturdy shoes, hats and gloves if necessary.
Indoor space will be available to warm up when needed.
Bring bottled water to stay hydrated.

About the Presenter:
Certified in both yoga and qigong, Stephanie is also a Pennsylvania Forest Steward as well as a Pennsylvania Master Naturalist. Professionally, she works as an artist and continues yoga practice at The Weather Vein. Her workshops playfully connect nature with the healing and expressive arts.
All programs are held rain or shine. In the event of a cancellation for severe weather, registrants will be contacted by email and/or phone, and it will be announced on our website, Facebook, and Instagram.
Wellness programs are part of Centred Outdoors' efforts to offer equitable opportunities for outdoor recreation at nearby natural spaces. The series highlights paths to wellness, engages the community, and includes local partners.
