This Qigong and Outdoor Mindfulness class offers a gentle introduction to Qigong in an outdoor setting.  Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that integrates movement, breath work, and mindfulness to cultivate qi (vital energy). It involves slow, deliberate movements coordinated with deep breathing, aiming to improve circulation, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Taking place outdoors, this practice enables participants to connect with nature and experience the invigorating effects of gentle movement, fresh air and natural beauty. Benefits include reduced stress, increased mental and physical well-being, improved balance, and a deeper connection with themselves and the natural world. No experience necessary, everyone is welcome to attend.

Certified in both yoga and qigong, Stephanie is also a Pennsylvania Forest Steward as well as a Pennsylvania Master Naturalist. Professionally, she works as an artist. Her workshops playfully connect nature with the healing and expressive arts.
