About the Program
Join Centred Outdoors for an inspiring talk with Sue Trainor, CDE, CRNP (Endocrinology, Mount Nittany Health) as she explores how small, everyday habits can meaningfully improve our well-being. Sue will share how thoughtful community design and safe, accessible spaces for movement support better health for all—highlighting recent zoning changes in College Township aimed at creating more community-focused environments. She’ll also dive into the powerful metabolic and mood benefits of gratitude, and how a simple “Gratitude Walk” can help weave nature, movement, and mindfulness into daily life.
