Sunday, July 18 from 12-6 p.m.
Wellness activities:
Mindful Rhythms Drum Circle with Jana Marie Foundation at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Immerse yourself in the rhythms of nature with a mindful drumming experience. Participants will be taken on a unique journey using drums and other percussion tools as a way to connect with self and nature.
Forest Bathing from 4-5:30 p.m.
Connect to nature in a slow walk with Lucy Heggenstaller who will guide you through a series of "invitations" to experience nature.
Wednesday, July 21 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Wellness activity: Nature Card Making with Jana Marie Foundation from 11:30 am - 1:00 p.m.
Friday, July 23 from 6-8 p.m.
Wellness activity: Peaceful Poetry with Jana Marie Foundation at 6 p.m.

Dry Hollow, often referred to as “Scotia West,” is a 1,271 acre area recently added to Rothrock State Forest and contains several Natural Heritage Areas. Dry Hollow, and its neighbor the Scotia Gamelands, is one of the largest remaining patches of pitch pine-scrub oak barrens habitat in the state and supports 26 species of plants and animals listed as critically-impaired in the state. The conservation of this region is a key focus of ClearWater for its cultural significance, ecological importance, and connectivity to the surrounding forests.
