June 24 walk at Tudek Park has been cancelled due to excessive heat.

Centred Outdoors programs at Soaring Eagle and Tudek Park (June 22-26, 2025) will be affected by a HEAT ADVISORY. Programs could be CANCELLED due to unhealthy conditions. Check our website, Facebook, or Instagram for announcements before attending! Be sure to take plenty of water with you to any outdoor activity!

Feeling the mid-week slump? Take a break with Centred Outdoors! Enjoy one of our many public parks right here in town. We will walk a short, lunch-break-sized loop to get some fresh air, socialize with new and familiar friends, and stay connected with nature during the week! Bring your friends, neighbors, co-workers, or anyone who could use a little time outdoors. No registration is required.

This program consists of easy walks at local parks. Conditions will vary but these walks are always rain or shine! Any weather-related cancellations for severe storms will be announced on our website and social media on the morning of the walk.. Participants should come prepared with:

• Sturdy footwear

• Sunscreen and/or bug spray

• Bottled water

• Trekking poles, if desired (some will be available to lend)
