outing difficulty levels
Centred Outdoors guided outings are listed as Easy, Moderate, or Difficult. Hike distance does not necessarily indicate whether an outing is difficult — a .5 mile hike up a mountainside is more difficult than a .5 mile walk in a park!
The following guide should help you decide whether an outing is suited to your own abilities or comfort level. If you have questions regarding a specific trail or event, please contact us!
