Description: Take a scenic walk along the Pennsylvania Mid State Trail and through the 250-foot Paddy Mountain Railroad Tunnel at Poe Paddy State Park. Visitors will also explore and play independently as they learn basic plant and bird identification, history of the area, and discover new ways to exercise in a natural setting.

Site Open: 1 hour before sunrise to 1 hour after sunset
Parking: 10-12 car lot at the trail head, overflow parking at Poe Paddy State Park
Accessible: Not recommended
Policy: Friendly dog on leashes are permitted, and owners must clean up after their pets.
Gear: There are some muddy, wet spots so wear appropriate shoes.
Trail: Penns Creek Trail (3 miles long, minimal elevation change, 2 hour(s) to complete)
Hike Times: Sunday 6/17: 2:30 active hike, 3:30 family friendly hike, 4: Plant/Bird Hike 4; Wednesday 6/20: 5: active hike, 5:30: Family friendly hike, 6:Plant/Bird hike
